Babies grow quickly, and the right fit matters for both comfort and safe sleep. Our size guide is organised by developmental stage — choose by weight for Stages 1 & 2 and by height (length) for Stage 3 and rompers. All measurements show inches with centimetres alongside.

Stage 1 · Newborn & Swaddling

Swaddle Up™ — sized by weight

Use from birth until your baby starts showing signs of rolling. Choose by weight, not age or height.

The fit should be snug. A close fit around the arms and torso helps calm the Moro (startle) reflex. You should be able to fit 1–2 fingers inside the neck opening, and it must not be able to slide up over the baby’s mouth.

Stage 2 · Ready to Roll

When your baby starts showing signs of rolling, transition to arms-free sleep with detachable wings. Choose by weight.

Check the neck fit

The neck opening should be close and comfortable — about 1–2 fingers — and never able to cover the mouth.
